What can I expect from a Stroller Strides workout?

Each class is a 60-minute full-body workout, including walking (or running, if you are up for it!), resistance (body weight, environmental, or bands), core, and stretching. Instructors help you adapt the workout to your fitness level, while engaging your children through songs and games.
