Body Back is a results-based workout for moms only. Whether you just had a baby or had one twenty years ago, this program will help you unlock your personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.

The high-intensity, interval-based total body workout meets in two-month sessions that include fitness assessments, individual goal-setting, online support, and two 60-minute, in-person workouts per week.
