Fit4Mom knows how important health, exercise and community are for moms and moms-to-be, and wants to help you commit to your and your baby’s health. Exercise is a key component of your well being now, and of your strength as a new mom.
Fit4Baby is a special program, following the the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Guidelines for Exercise During Pregnancy, designed to strengthen the body for the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Classes include cardio, strength, flexibility, stretching and balance training. Fit4Baby instructors, all certified and specially trained in prenatal fitness, will help you understand the changes taking place in your body and lead you in exercises that are safe and appropriate.
